1. Slow Cooker Pot Roast

  • 3 lb beef roast

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.

  2. In the slow cooker, add the chopped onion and minced garlic.

  3. Place the beef roast on top of the onions and garlic.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and salt and pepper.

  5. Pour the mixture over the beef roast.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

  7. Once cooked, shred the beef and serve with the cooking juices.
