  • 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Avocado, sliced (optional)
  • Lettuce, shredded (optional)
  • Tomatoes, diced (optional)

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Add the vegetable broth and lime juice, and cook until the liquid has reduced by half.
